What is public and what is confirmed on request
- Public plans and prices are intended as an entry point to the product.
- Special conditions, custom rollouts, integrations, or enhanced support are confirmed case by case.
- Any specific commercial proposal overrides the generic website summary once formally agreed in writing.
Plan changes and add-ons
Self-serve upgrades apply immediately with proration while keeping the same renewal date. Self-serve downgrades are scheduled for the next billing cycle. Additional technical numbers, extra services, or special adjustments may carry their own billing or activation terms.
Non-payment and continuity of service
During trial, failing to activate commercially may trigger immediate release of the assigned technical number. For already active accounts, a grace period may apply before service suspension or resource release, in line with the active delinquency policy.
